A pair of Saturday afternoon races starting and finishing at the Pisgah Brewing Company in Black Mountain at 1 PM. The 10k is part of the Asheville Track Club Grand Prix Series. Both races are run on roads with rolling hills. The 10k includes a short distance on a packed dirt path around Lake Tomahawk.

I am guessing that they are using a different timing company this year.
Good guess TJ. This year Right on Time Productions will do the timing.
That comment necessitates that I ask: What happened last year?
It was a one-off manual timing adventure that had runners waiting for hours. Not one of the main-stream proven sources.
Are there a lot of participants this year? Either 5k or 10k, I’m sure it’s gonna be a big challenge to everyone. I hope everyone will enjoy this race.
Packet pick-up at the Black Mountain Running store, 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Friday., and or course, at the race site on Saturday. Remember the unusual start time of 1:00 PM.
