An important race for an important cause. Notes from the race organizers:
Cody Orr, who is a Transylvania native, was 15 years old when he was referred to Perfect Balance Physical Therapy for spinal cord rehabilitation due to an injury sustained while playing with his siblings at the lake. Cody, living with a quadriplegic condition, is now 18 years old and is applying to colleges with engineering as his declared area of study. He was an athlete prior to his tragic accident and would love to participate in a sport known as Handcycling. We are committed to helping Cody purchase a handbike and reach his goal of returning to sports.
