Biltmore Kiwanis Classic 15k and 5k – May 20, 2012 – Biltmore Estate, Asheville, NC

It’s back! One of the most scenic races around, the Biltmore Kiwanis Classic features a 15k and 5k race run on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate. It’s a Sunday morning race and it’s free of traffic. I’ve run the 15k three times and it’s a complete tour of the estate which passes directly by the front door of the house just past the midway point.

It’s as if it was just a bad dream. Many runners were thoroughly bummed out about the discontinuation of the race but it looks like it was just a one year break and brought back by popular demand.

Don’t miss this opportunity to run the “return” of the Biltmore Kiwanis classic.  The race is capped at 1,000 runners and IT WILL SELL OUT (I’m registered).   Registration is at IMAthlete.

Hello! I believe you just emailed me Kell, but just so others know.. you can contact imATHLETE to see where you are at on the list or email me and I can check. Good luck!

      • Thanks! I appreciate it! I have only participated in 5Ks, so this 15k is quite intimidating…if I don’t make the final list, that might be ok. LOL
